Bukod Kang Pinagpala is GMA-7’s newest soap opera that will premiere in the network’s Afternoon Prime on Monday, February 11, 2013. The new series will take the timeslot previously occupied by Sana Ay Ikaw Na Nga which ended on Friday, Feb. 8.
The new soap stars Camille Prats, Jennica Garcia and Jackie Rice as Bessie, Ofelia and Janet - three mothers all longing for a child. Mark Anthony is Leandro, the husband of Bessie but is also desired by Janet.
Geoff Eigenmann, Jennica Garcia and Jackie Rice will star in the upcoming GMA-7 afternoon drama, Kasalanan Bang Ibigin Ka? It will air its pilot episode this Monday, June 4.
Directed by Mark Reyes, the series tells the story of a father and son being in love with the same woman. It will show how the bonds between family members will be put to test and how one will deal with challenges and sacrifices for the sake of love.
Amaya is not the only show being released on May 30. Hours before it premieres, an afternoon soap starring Jackie Rice will have its pilot episode on GMA-7's afternoon block.
Jackie will play the role of a diver named Eden in Sisid, a story that focuses on a perlante – a certain kind of pearl that is believed to bring good luck on whoever acquires it.
The main cast also includes Dominic Roco, and JC Tiuseco. In supporting roles are Angelu de Leon, Daniel Fernando, Lorenzo Mara, Marco Alcaraz, Bela Padilla, Ian Batherson, Rich Asuncion, Marc Acueza, Maricar de Mesa, Alicia Mayer, and Bembol Roco.
